Pros
It was a fun environment, with lots of flexibility and perks. There were always planned events, outings, social events throughout the workday and with Vendors. They also really believed in educating and personal growth.Cons
Its hard to move up when you are in a sea of producers, and the top positions do not come available. It is a great experience, but eventually you need to take that elsewhere to move up.
