High-performance environment, big goals, and steep expectations, Tons of opportunities to make a difference inside and outside the company. Management is friendly, approachable, and cares about everyone's opinions. Everyone is cool, kind, and passionate. I genuinely think Ownwell will be a billion-dollar company in the next few years.Cons
Ownwell isn't for everyone. Some people have come in and realized this isn't the place for them. If you don't want to go above and beyond and grow at work, Ownwell may not be the place for you.
