I was sexually harassed by a coworker while working at the company. I was told by the company that it's my fault, my problem and I should deal with it on my own. Apparently harassing female employees in this company is absolutely normal and since it goes unpunished (the guy in question wasn't even invited to talk with HR). Since one of the executives s that said that they hire women only for diversity (according to him that's somehow a good thing??) it's not surprising that they don't care about poor working conditions they face. This really sums up the overall company culture.We are dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within our company and community.
