Pace has built DEI values into existing policies and procedures, from anonymous initial candidate screenings to regular compensation benchmarking and multifaceted salary reviews to encouraging new ideas from employees at all levels within the organization.
Our open-door policy is real; leaders and managers encourage open conversations because they understand that open dialogue is at the center of progress, innovation and growth. This takes shape not only in informal channels but also formally with programs like Pace Champions, in which staff volunteers advise senior leadership on diversity issues and lead the implementation of solutions.
Lastly, Pace continues to grow and evolve and offers ongoing DEI training for all employees at regular intervals in partnership with Social Designs Consulting.
