Positive outlook

Pros

The work we do has positive outcomes for (my own stats) 98% for every young person that completes the PQ journey. The leaders at Pacific Quest are committed to employees' personal and professional development. The leaders at Pacific Quest are committed to improving all aspects of the program from upgrading facilities to recently obtained Dep of Health licenses to CARF accreditations. 401k contribution structure, mileage reimbursement, Outdoor Professional membership discounts to tier 1 outdoor brands (Columbia, Chaco, Merrell, and many more), active & fit benefit which provides gym memberships at a HUGE discount, or you can opt for home fitness equipment.

Cons

The start pay for most positions is very low. The benefits are still lacking despite tangible improvements (see Pros). There is no paid sick leave which means you have to either use your Paid Time Off when you are sick or not get paid.
