Pros
In my experience Pallet has given people opportunities to grow into different careers. The owner and senior management are committed to ending unsheltered homelessness. It's nice that they offer a livable wage to new hires and teach them skills to move up in the company. Its nice working for a second chance company.Cons
It's hard to come up with some because when a problem arises management fixes it so that issues don't linger. So, no cons in my opinion.Pallet Awards & Accolades
