Parsley Health is home to a DEI Committee composed of employees across the organization. This group meets monthly to both plan events that amplify and celebrate perspectives across the spectrum (i.e., inviting speakers from historically marginalized communities to speak on the importance of diversity in the workplace), and hold space for open dialogue.
