An Amazing Place to Be!

Positive outlook

Pros

An amazing and engaged team. The ability to spend my time doing work that actually matters and makes a difference in the world (how many people can say that?). Strong belief in, and commitment to, mission, culture, and values. Remote work. EXCEPTIONAL benefits package. A drive for continuous improvement and flawless execution. Visionary leadership, balanced with empathy and a genuine appreciation for questions and engagement.

Cons

I believe the cons come down to personality and workstyle. There is a strong desire to go fast, execute, and continuously improve. In my experience with the Foundation these efforts are focused, healthy, and warranted. However, if you aren't a fan of multiple priorities, tight timelines, and high expectations of deliverables, the drive that I appreciate may feel overwhelming. If you aren't comfortable raising your hand and saying, "I don't understand", or with receiving direct (but professional and appropriate) feedback, I can see where it may not feel like an awesome fit.
