Pros
The interviewer was nice and explained everything clearly.Cons
On the Job Interview - Recruiter Position: I was told that in order to become a recruiter, I would first have to work in customer service for 4 months (onsite in Greece) for their client. The reason for that is "it would help me to understand the positions better." I would work 8 hours a day in a call center, and my recruitment training would occur in my free time. All of that for a whopping 1200 EUR/month. After 4 months, I could become a remote recruiter. But oops... there is no base salary. I would only get a bonus if I managed to hire someone. All of that freelance. Honestly, I think they are just looking for cheap workers. And I bet they would tell you "bye bye!" after 4 months of working for their client. There would be no shifting to the recruiter job. I am a recruiter, and I have never heard that one needs to work in a position themselves before recruiting candidates for it.
