Pros

Pavilion is a small team of professionals with a massive desire to win. I have been with the team for about a year, and in that time a few things have changed, and a few are very clear. What's changed? We lost some team members that were not helping contribute to the P&L. It was a necessary adjustment, and it resulted in Pavilion becoming an extremely healthy company of longevity. What is abundantly clear? If you take ownership over your work, if you find solutions to apparent problems, if you are able to deliver, it is one of the best places to work period. Pavilion is not a SaaS company. It is a community and its products are services-based. In the year I have been here, we have made amazing strides, improved a TON of broken elements, increased the "fun" aspect of work, and really it feels like we are on the right track. Our CEO painstakingly makes sure every member of the team understands and can ask questions about our books and numbers. We all have gotten an education on our P&L and how each and every member of the team contributes to the outcomes of the business. Overall - this is a great team to be part of at an exciting time for the company.

Cons

If you don't like taking full ownership or responsibility for your work, and if you don't like demanding challenges and driving change to overcome them, this place will feel daunting. If you do like those things, you will love the autonomy and voice you have.
