Pros

During the first few months, an overall positive experience with good colleagues, decent inital conditions: ok commissions, remote, autonomy encouraged.

Cons

While the first months were encouraging, it quickly faded. Very unclear management. Commissions changed (for the worst) periodically. Opaque managers, fake promises and double-speeches. Terrible team spirit (I blame management), terrible consideration for people who wouldn't perform, close to zero guidance. People would get fired and you'd be left wondering why those people were not guided? Why hire them at all in the first place? No room for feedback, except if your feedback is about badmouthing your fellow coworkers. Very questionable and backwards behaviours in the open space. I view this as an excellent occasion to learn more about what you don't want in a job. Hopefully the managers can use this to improve as well.
