Pros

Having worked on both the insurance carrier and broker side of the business, I never knew what I was missing. PCG's ESOP plan and benefits are outstanding. They are very focused on our people, development and long term sustainable growth. They put a priority on life balance and fun and it is the best definition of "work hard, play hard" I have experienced. Love it here!

Cons

Not many people are aware of PCG locally - we are the quiet little $2 billion company in Lenexa that continues to grow by leaps and bounds. The lack of local name recognition can make it hard to find people sometimes.
