Pros

Good pay and benefits. Lots of perks that make the day easier (coffee, food delivery, 2 preps and a lunch period per day). Straightforward expectations and responsibilities. Lots of support for new and developing teachers. Plenty of curricular resources and professional development opportunities. Authentic focus on what's best for kids.

Cons

Coverage schedules when multiple people are out can be hectic. Needs more SPED support systems.
