Pros
PhillyTech was a great place for inspired people - everyone was very passionate and helpful to me as an intern. The one thing that stuck out to me was how excited the higher ups were to constantly innovate and succeed in their business.Cons
Since the work is mostly remote, communication can become an issue. It sometimes felt a little disorganized and I was rarely clear on what exactly I should have been doing.
