Positive outlook

Pros

Considerate and thoughtful management. A teamwork culture makes you feel people are there for you. Staff with good humor make work even more pleasant. Very talented, yet humble staff, make for a generation of powerful ideas and strong cooperation.

Cons

Completely virtual work outside of Montreal. If you live outside of company headquarters, then there is less of an opportunity to see others on a daily basis. Personally, this is hard for me since I prefer interacting with people and stepping outside my apartment.
