Pros
Lot's of independence and exercise. Management cares. They're always on top of things and will listen if you get snagged up on a pool. If you have any questions about anything they'll answer them. The pay is top tier for the industry. I cleaned pools for many years before coming to Troopers and the starting pay was significantly more than what my old company paid when I resigned. Coworkers are awesome. It's a very tight group of people.Cons
Dogs. You'll run into lots of dogs. The heat can be pretty unrelenting. I wouldn't recommend this kind of work to someone from up north. Customers who need repairs may not be in a financially good place so repairs go undone which makes our jobs a little harder.
