Pros

This is my first Glassdoor review for any employer in my 20+ years of professional experience. In my five months at Postman, I've had so many positive experiences that I feel compelled to share. From being challenged and trusted to make an impact on the customer experience to being able to take time to see my family overseas and move my kid into college, I feel like I'm right where I need to be at this juncture in my career as well as where Postman is in its vigorous growth. I am respected and recognized for everything I bring to the table. I work with the industry's cream of the crop and have the most wonderful level-headed manager who brings out the best in his staff. I appreciate the grace and hard work of the cross-functional team I work with. The senior management has been listening to the feedback and making many strategic improvements that will help us work in unison on things that matter the most . I am excited to come to work each day and can't wait to see what we come up with next.

The Founders

Postman started simply as a side project to solve a specific problem: Abhinav Asthana, Postman's CEO and co-founder, set out to create a tool that would simplify the API testing process. As the tool's usage quickly exploded, Abhinav recruited two of his former colleagues, Ankit Sobti and Abhijit Kane, to help him create Postman, Inc. Postman is now the world's leading API platform, and the three founders still lead the company to this day.
