Pros
If you have limited experience this is a great place to learn, but don't expect to be well paid.Cons
The CEO almost forces you to right a review to praise the company, this is done aggressively during the "honeymoon phase" of joining the company to ensure numerous good ratings. When leaders starts calling their employees "family" run don't walk. They party hard (gets out of hand too often) and work even harder, trying to brainwash employees that the office is home. The management is too young, 10/10 would I avoid if you already have experience. There's not much to learn here. Very mixed messaging, telling employees that the budget doesn't allow for salary increases, but others receiving raises and/or bonuses or other sales teams going out to Cancun while everyone else is still working. A lot of animosity between France and Montreal offices.Meilleure réussite québécoise en France, Chambre de Commerce Française de Montréal, 2023 GreatPlacetoWork, GreatPlaceToWork, 2022
