Praytell is truly about their employee's happiness and that translates into wanting to do good work. They are pioneers in the agency world for four day work weeks which have changed my life! Along with unlimited time off, fair compensation, transparency and commitment to diversity and inclusion. They truly are turning what it means to work at an agency upside down in a great way. PLUS COOL WORK!
