Great fundamentals, shaky execution so far, but very bright future

Excellent people with fascinating backgrounds (shakespeare performers, physicists, fighter pilots), good company relationships and reputation inside of USG customer set, generous benefits, lots of learning opportunities and cross-functional work to be done. Since new CEO Sean M has taken over, the company is on a rapid upward trajectory (trimming operational fat, increasing focus on PMF, creating empathy among employees and customers) and will be a rocket ship in the next year or so.
