Our mission is to help every student in the world love learning!
Pros
Although Prodigy has been through some challenging times after booming during early COVID, the leadership team is making the right investments to set Prodigy up for great success. Prodigy has been a great, mission- driven educational game for more than a decade, but has brought in a new leader of the game team with chops from Angry Birds and Candy Crush to make it truly best in class. They’ve also brought in a new CMO and CFO with deep expertise in growth marketing and EdTech respectively. Seems like they’re getting serious about having a really high performance team that we can all learn from, which is super exciting. Kids and teacher LOVE Prodigy. It’s really rewarding to work on a product that is so missin-driven. Wonderful people with a lot of passion for their roles. Great benefits - mostly remote work, strong benefits and great perks like “Epic” extra long weekends 5x per year, learning and gym funds, etc.Cons
There has been a lot of change the last couple years which is hard to live through, but I have a lot of confidence in the decisions the leaders are making to set us up for success. Coming in fresh now without the baggage of our post-COVID hangover it would be an awesome opportunity. Love the flexibility of the remote option, but I sometimes miss in-person interactions. I’m seeing more momentum for in-person collaboration recently and really enjoying those chances to be with my team to do group work together and build relationships.Prodigy combines world-class game development with impactful educational content.
This powerful formula is why millions of kids love Prodigy. It’s also why it’s a trusted resource for teachers, with Prodigy Math named the most popular supplemental classroom tool in the United States. Our high-performance team is driven by our mission to help every student in the world love learning
