Our BRG’s include:

  • EnAble - focuses on promoting an understanding of disability issues and mobilizing support for the dignity, rights and well-being of individuals with disabilities (both visible and non-visible) in the US and Canada. We work in close partnership with enAble UK.
  • Headline - vision is to make conversations on mental health and wellbeing the norm so they become a deeply embedded part of the culture. Our key aim is to support our people in terms of their mental health and change the way we behave, creating an environment in which people can be their whole selves and have more good days at work.
  • Pan-Asian Coalition (PAC), for Asian American and Pacific Islander communities
  • PRIDE (Potential Realized In Diverse Experiences) - an inclusive and safe space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/ questioning team members and their allies.
  • Women’s Leadership Network - exists in support of equitable advancement and inclusion of women in the PS workplace. WLN strives to support Publicis Sapient women through professional development, advocacy and mentoring to help achieve their greatest potential in an inclusive environment where all women can grow and thrive. 
  • Travelers - serves the needs of our travelers, both international and those embedded at client sites. The mission of this BRG is to support travelers, provide efficiency and comfort when traveling, and ensure the human element is balanced with the policy element.

  • MOCA (Men of Color Alliance) - adds perspective, guidance and resources to increase the visibility and participation of men of color in the marketing and communications industry. MOCA’s programming is focused around four pillars: recruiting, acclimation, retention and business development.    
  • VivaWomen! - dedicated to the cultivation, collaboration and advancement of its members while helping position Publicis Groupe, our parent company, as an employer of choice for women. VivaWomen’s programming is centered on mentorship, leadership, professional development and career navigation.
  • VivaWomen of Color - a sub-group of VivaWomen!, was founded in the U.S. out of necessity to help retain, inspire and engage women of color. The group is dedicated to the cultivation, collaboration and advancement of its members.
  • Publicis Parents - a community for all who are working while actively parenting children across ages and stages, and their allies. PublicisParents is a safe, centralized place for you to come and share ideas, thoughts and concerns related to parenting. 
  • VivaWIT - offers ongoing learning opportunities, career opportunities and executive coaching for women in technology and digital-related fields. In addition to partnering with external organizations that focus on women and/or technology, VivaWIT organizes a variety of internal events and keeps its members connected through one-on-one discussions, small meetups and social media.
  • Publicis Connects – where recruiters, HR professionals and resource managers come together to share best practices and processes all to make Publicis Groupe stronger and more competitive. We are passionate about recruiting, people and our brands and further believe that recruiting is more than looking for the “right” candidate–we are career counselors, life coaches and connectors.
  • PubVets - committed to enhancing the company’s reputation as an employer of choice for military veterans and their allies. Programming is focused on advocacy, education, community outreach and business development thereby helping Publicis Groupe recruit and retain more military veterans.
  • Égalité - committed to enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees and their allies by promoting equality in the workplace, supporting the LGBT community and helping to develop leaders who can elevate our clients’ brands within the hearts and minds of the LGBT community. 
  • GenNEXT - dedicated to supporting our next generation of talent by providing guidance, empowerment and specialized resources to young professionals within our network. GENNEXT's primary reason for being is to ensure that there is a comfortable forum for young professionals to connect, network, and familiarize themselves with the ins and outs of our industry.
  • Caregivers Connect - a supportive community for all Publicis Sapient people who care for others such as relatives, spouses, parents, siblings, friends and kids—some with disabilities and special needs. Its mission is to connect people who share similar experiences as caregivers to learn, support and celebrate together.
  • Sages - focused on ending age discrimination and providing employees 45 with the resources they need to thrive. SAGES aims to overcome age discrimination and provides resource and guidance. 
  • Conscious Mind - committed to elevating the well-being for all Publicis employees. Currently serving employees in this virtual and wall-less age.
  • CrossBoundary - dedicated to creating a more inclusive environment for international employees while helping them advance their careers. Areas of focus include building a network for international employees to self-identify, connect and exchange resources, raise awareness of the challenges international employees and new immigrants face in the workplace and provide insights about how agency policies can be improved to be more inclusive of international talent.
