'old guard' can be slow to change and embrace newer leaders m&a process can be clunky and uncommunicative

At Pushpay we foster an inclusive environment to ensure all our employees feel comfortable to be their authentic selves. To support this we have a number of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Affinity Groups to drive initiatives, celebrate our diverse team members, and create safe spaces as we continue to build a culture of belonging.

  • RaC (Race and Culture) is a safe space for underrepresented people and allies to share their experiences and cultures. This includes Asian, Black, LatinX/Hispanic, neurodiverse, and LGBTQ+ employees and their allies.

Sales - SDR

Training

During the SDR training process our reps learn the ins and outs of phone sales and the power behind question asking. At Pushpay we train our SDRs what it means to balance warm connections and deep discovery with confident value propositions. Throughout the training experience you'll be challenged to develop great call structure, confidence in our product, genuine curiosity in the problems facing our churches and partners, and an organized system to maximize your opportunity.

Pushpay customers range from small organizations to large churches with thousands in attendance each week. Regardless of the size, Pushpay's clients are able to use our platform to facilitate building wells in less fortunate countries, recruit supplies for hurricane relief, feed and clothe those experiencing homelessness and so many more humanitarian needs!
