Pros

Qogita is in short, amazing. There's a strong accountability culture managed through 4 key pillars, the CEO and leadership team are incredibly accessible and hands on and ego is very low across the company. You have a lot of space to own company changing projects at any level of the organisation and see the results of your work quickly. The work is very faced paced but there's an overwhelming culture of offering incredible support to achieve some really ambitious goals. The company is invested in it's people and is generous with benefits (health insurance, wellness allowance, L&D allowance, central london office etc.). Lots of flexibility about hybrid/remote work also.

Cons

No real cons. As mentioned above, it's a fasted paced with ambitious targets so not for those looking for a slow role
