Quorum

At Quorum, inclusion and diversity mean trust and progress. Trust because people who trust one another grow with one another and progress because the work is never done. 

• Inclusion and Diversity Council: Quorum sponsors an Inclusion and Diversity Council made-up of team members at multiple levels across the organization. The Council hosts monthly diversity education campaigns (e.g., Hispanic Heritage Month), brings in external speakers for Lunch and Learns, and more. 
• Affinity Groups: We have three affinity groups—Queer@Quorum, People of Color at Quorum, and Quorum for Mental Health (Q4MH)—that strive to provide safe spaces for individuals to express themselves and discuss issues that impact them based upon shared identity characteristics.
• Best Tech Workplace for Diversity: Quorum has won Best Tech Workplace for Diversity in Washington DC for two years running. In order to create a workplace that supports the hiring, advancement, and retention of diverse talent, we focus on providing inclusive benefits and designing performance management systems that enable team members from all backgrounds and walks of life to succeed at Quorum. 
• Path for Progress: To expand our impact, Quorum has launched the Path for Progress, a free community initiative that helps other organizations build inclusion and diversity programs from the ground-up. You can learn more and join the movement here.
