R1's Helping Hands mission is to make a meaningful impact in our communities through volunteering with a focus on healthcare, education and human services.
Helping Hands provides our associates dedicated paid time off to participate in volunteer activities related to health, education, and human services. We are also able to lend a Helping Hand to our associates in times of need. Whether impacted by a disaster or other financial hardship, support can be requested through an employee assistance fund.
