As a manager who's been with this company since its inception, I can confidently say that working here has been an absolute pleasure. Despite being a relatively young company, there are ample opportunities for growth and advancement in almost every way.

Cons

This company has kept a culture of innovation. Ideas are welcomed and actively encouraged from every level of the organization. This has created an environment that's lead to an ever growing and evolving product, but as you may know the side effect of innovation is change and that could be uncomfortable for some.
