Pros

Richards does a great job of making you feel welcome and wanted from the get-go. At my branch, my superiors are easily accessible and have always been willing to answer any questions I have. Expectations and performance goals set for me to meet and exceed seem reasonable thus far. The company doesn't shy away from giving access to whatever resources needed to get the job done and ease your load. The company culture beats anything else I've dealt with. The company is filled with family-oriented, hard-working individuals that are willing to make a team effort. With only 2 months of experience with the company, I have no real complaints. We'll see how the commission structure benefits me as we get further into the year.

Cons

The only con is that the training process for those who are brand new to the industry seemed considerably lacking. Granted, with a field so nuanced and with a product line so vast, this may be par for course and not a dig at Richards. There are a few clearance issues within some of our systems that handicap me from doing what I need to do without supervision.
