Great people focused on reducing waste on a household level by making it easy and convenient for members. High-quality team members who are smart, enthusiastic, and always working towards making sure ethical decisions are made. Great place to build something amazing from the ground up. As a growing startup there are plenty of opportunities for career growth for motivated people who take initiative and are values aligned.Cons
None really. Startup environment always has some downsides, but none that outweigh the positives. If you are looking to have everything mapped out and told explicitly what to do, you might want to consider a more mature organization that has been around a lot longer.
