Here are some things we've put into practice to support our DEI Mission at RAS:

• In advance of our hiring season all internal interviewer and hiring managers received two full days of interview and unconscious bias training in advance of engaging candidates as we want to ensure all applicants of Right At School receive a consistent, fair and positive experience with us.
• We've build a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion taskforce with representation from all levels of the organization who come together and work with our staff population to support our organizational DEI goals and objectives. 
• We've facilitated over 40 safe space conversations so our staff have an outlet to discuss sensitive topics, share experiences and learn from peers. Our teams have appreciated this so much, that we are creating an ERP specifically for this offering.
