#1. The people: Ask anyone you work here what their favorite thing about Route is and they will say the people. Route does a great job at hiring smart and talented individuals that you genuinely enjoy being around. Who you work with matters and you might as well surround yourself with people that will respect you but also challenge you to be the best you. I feel I have that in my team and at a Sr Leadership level. #2 Start-up culture: Start-ups come with pros and cons but here at Route, being part of this stage of the company you truly feel like a valued member of the company and can directly see your impact on the company's growth. You get to wear many hats and are faced with complex challenges that develop your skill set and drive your career faster than you would in other companies.Cons
Route is not for someone who just wants to come in a collect a paycheck. There isn't a structure or process for everything. You have to want to be involved and take initiative for what you want/need to be successful.
