Pros

This company had great people on every team and their randomized mob rooms were always fun to meet others around the company. Some of which I still speak to to this day. My manager was very supportive and did everything in their power to make everyone on the team happy. My team itself was comprised of great engineers from both a personal and technical standpoint. They were great at being direct with feedback as well. Leadership seemed friendly.

Cons

Here comes the rollercoaster part. For all the great people I was surrounded with, there were always major issues with a few. People and culture team is great however they had (emphasis on past since this person was finally let go) the most incompetent member who would never see any HR/payroll/administrative request to the end. This got to the point I’ve had to repeatedly follow up and go straight to their manager who has always been amazing. Product team had a few members who never knew the direction of a product beyond a week ahead and would always defer me to their director but also accost me when I did go straight to their director. These incidents happened frequently during my short tenure which really soured my experience.
