• The RUBENSTEIN Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Council is a working committee - comprised of staff across levels, sectors, and functions - that provides strategic guidance, implementation, and accountability for the firm’s DEIA initiatives.
• DEIA Council members drive the firm’s DEIA efforts based on a clear mission and actionable strategies and operate with the support of senior executive leadership.
