At Runway, we're on a mission to make content creation accessible to all, and it starts with building and fostering a team that represents the world around us.

- Mandatory Unconscious Bias training for all new employees within their first 90 days
- Regular DE&I events and programming to raise awareness and build support across various communities

- Actively sourcing from a diverse pool of candidates & seeking out candidates from underrepresented groups
- Limiting unnecessary job requirements such as college degrees to ensure a more diverse applicant pool
- De-biased and consistent interview process
- Inclusive candidate experience with transparency throughout the process 
- A dedicated Culture Add interview led by someone from a separate department to ensure impartiality
