We are a fast-growing start in a new industry and are working hard to create an insanely great culture and product. As a Series B start-up, this means lots of hard work, learning, and growing. Our product category (CRQ) is new and in demand, so we have huge potential and great employees who genuinely care. Success won't be easy, but building a safe digital future will be worth it!

Cons

The leadership team is new and needs to align efficiently, we can see they are putting in the effort and are seeing the results. Since this is a new product category, but very in demand, the pressure is high to move fast, deliver results, and remain flexible. This isn't a negative to me, but for some, it can be. The culture of transparency is great for most!
