One of the ways we do this is through our Employee Resource Groups. Our ERG’s are made up of employees who identify with others similar to themselves and may include race, gender, age, sexual orientation, working parents, disability, military and/or veteran status, etc. Our ERG’s are voluntary, employee-led groups that serve as a resource for members and organizations by fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with our organizational mission, values, goals, business practices, and objectives. Employees may become a member or ally of any ERG and are encouraged to recommend new ERG’s.

Salelytics Cares

We are here for our team.  

Our Salelytics Cares fund provides financial assistance for Salelytics employees who are facing crisis situations. Whether it’s finding shelter when disaster strikes, helping to cover medical expenses or getting back on their feet after one of life’s unexpected pitfalls, we try to help the best we can. 

Salelytics Cares is a charitable organization, fully funded by employee donations. Contributions can be made on a one-time or per-paycheck basis.  Our Employee Resource Groups and Activity Committees will often host fundraising events throughout the year where proceeds go directly to the Salelytics Cares fund as well.
