• Inclusion, Diversity, Engagement and Awareness (I.D.E.A.): The I.D.E.A. group's mission is to promote and maintain a diverse and inclusive work environment. Events include companywide celebrations and educational content for Black History Month, Latin American Heritage Month, and Diwali.
• Spectrum: Spectrum's mission is to foster a safe, supportive environment for LGBTQ team members and to educate all S&C team members about the LGBTQ community and meaningful allyship. Events include educational presentations and a companywide celebration for Pride Month.
• Women's Empowerment Group (W.E.G.): W.E.G.’s mission is to champion personal development and provide all S&Cers (women and men!) with networking and educational opportunities. Events include professional development presentations and a companywide celebration for International Women's Day.
