  Whether it is time away for bonding with a newborn or caring for an ill family member, we want employees to have the flexibility to take the time they need. We offer up to four weeks of paid time for certain parental leave and family leave matters.
• Vacation & Paid Time Off
  Savvas offers employees a generous amount of paid time off, ranging from 20-25 days per year, based on tenure.
• Sick Days
  Savvas offers employees up to nine days of sick time per year.
• Paid Holidays
  Savvas offers nine paid company holidays throughout the year.
• Employee Assistance Program
  The Savvas Employee Assistance Program provides yearly benefits including up to five counseling sessions per event, legal assistance, life balance, mental health management, and much more.
