  Savvas offers employees a generous amount of paid time off, ranging from 20-25 days per year, based on tenure.

  Savvas offers employees up to nine days of sick time per year.
• Paid Holidays
  Savvas offers nine paid company holidays throughout the year.

  The Savvas Employee Assistance Program provides yearly benefits including up to five counseling sessions per event, legal assistance, life balance, mental health management, and much more.
