Very supportive work environment with a positive culture and work/life balance. Lots of opportunity for growth within the company. Innovative in the bev-alc space. Truly a fun brand and healthy culture to work for!Cons
With growth comes growing pains. Being a younger company, sometimes Schilling has to build the plane while flying it. Not a con so much as learning opportunities along the way.
