Pros
I've been working at Secfix for nearly a year, and it's been a great experience. The remote culture in Secfix is really thought through with tools and processes that foster seamless and fun collaboration and interactions inside the company. I believe this remote culture allows to attract a very diverse and amazing talent (love my colleagues!) and ensure more focus on achieving real business objectives, as the overhead of working from office (like commuting etc.) is removed.Cons
You need to be organized and have good time management skills to succeed here. If you can handle that, you’ll find this place very rewarding. I do not believe that lack of the office is a con since there are opportunities to meet your colleagues in events like off-sites or to just meet for lunch or coffee if you live in the same city.
