Pros

The benefits like Mindful Fridays are wonderful and I genuinely feel like the company takes work life balance, and internal equity seriously. Everyone I work with has a positive can-do attitude and it is a low ego environment making collaboration easy. There is so much love for teacher and students, it is a very inspirational place to work and rewarding to solve problems that make a difference in educators lives.

Cons

It is a growing company which means lots of flexing with change which isn't always easy and affects people differently.
