Pros
- Work with incredible clients, established and upcoming - A lot of autonomy - Great, intelligent team - Leaders are very experienced in the space so are great to learn from - unlimited PTO - encouraged to have a good work/life balanceCons
- Can be very fast paced so just depends if you're willing / able to handle that - Slacks and emails can come in at all times, especially if you're working with a client on different timezones although expectations are set with those to expect delays or answers during work hours & weekdays
