This team and company is a breath of fresh air! Everyone is collaborative, transparent, and supportive of each other, our partners, and our members. I love how metric-driven the leaders are, which allows us to focus on growing a sustainable business that can be here to support members for years to come. It's incredibly rewarding to be part of a group that is fulfilling our mission every day.Cons
Seven Starling is a startup, so there are typical growing pains as we scale- new processes being established, focused resources, etc.; actually much better "pains" than I've experience at other startups.
