Pros

Mission-driven product and team who are doing incredibly innovative work to transform the industry. There's so many people here who care about this company and each other - personally, I've made work relationships and friendships for life. Leadership and management are super communicative and accessible, which I really appreciate. I feel cared for as a person and as an individual, which motivates me to do my job the best that I can. Great performance gets recognized and rewarded here, and I see a future for myself at this company for a long time coming. The team has some of the smartest, most driven and passionate people I've ever worked with.
