A true caring company

Pros

Shiift4 has been working to improve the daily work life of its employees, along with giving back to the community. Although, like any company, they are not perfect, Shift4 does value its employees and is working on so many fronts to ensuring the employee knows they are a valued member. Pay and benefits have been improved for both starting employees as well as those with the company. A partnership with St, Jude Children's Hospital has been a very proud spotlight to the caring of Shift4.

Cons

The work can be stressful at times and if looking for a technical role, can be challenging, but those that thrive under challenge will only find this rewarding. The work requires interacting with some proprietary systems and has such, can have a learning curve. Those looking for just a paycheck will not thrive at Shift4 as ownership, pride in work, and compassion for the client is expected always.
