Pros
Even though SHL is the biggest company I have ever worked for, the work group communities here are very close, which makes SHL a very warm and welcoming place to work and makes the organization feel a lot smaller then it really is. There is also a large emphasis on putting employees development first which I have found very beneficial.Cons
The only cons that I have seen in my short time here is that the company wide onboarding program left a bit to be desired. It is also important to note that SHL is a global organization so you will likely have a few early morning/ late evening meetings to help accommodate those in other time zones. So if you are a strict 9-5 person this might be hard to accommodate.SHL Communities
Our Communities are one of the ways we can work together to become more diverse and inclusive. They help make sure everyone can have a fair share of voice at SHL and they are a key feature in representing the diversity of our international workforce. Any of our people can join as many of our Communities as they like. These groups are a safe space for our people to share their thoughts and lived experiences. As well as help shape and deliver the SHL Inclusion Plan, with a united and coherent approach.
