Pros
- The leadership team deeply cares about people. I've never seen some much genuine empathy for employees (compared to other startups and large tech companies I worked at) - The bonus is ridiculous generous - The equity they provide employees doesn't force them to pay cash out of pocket to exercise options when they leave the company - The company is growing at a very fast clip so the equity you get is value and there's lots of opportunity for growth as an employee - The office is inviting and comfortable - Tons of free food (Including free lunches made by their chefs which are better than any restaurant in Austin)Cons
As the company grows I think some employees are unaware of all of the care that leadership and managers are putting in. My biggest worry for Siete is that the unrealistic expectations of employees (since they've set such a high bar) will lead to burn out of management.
