Women in the Green Industry Event
The Women in the Green Industry event is an annual event for SiteOne customers, associates and supply partners focusing on product knowledge, business training and networking to help women grow personally and professionally in the landscape industry. The event has been hosted by SiteOne or its predecessor company since 1995.

Get Paid to Learn
SiteOne also offers paid, progressive style internships. You will get a chance to work hands-on with product, provide value to customers, learn operations of the branch, shadow top sales representatives and work with a SiteOne mentor.
Week 1: Introduction
Basic training on the following: financial, sales, solution selling, branch protocol, and product knowledge of the LESCO® brand.
Week 2: Delivery
Interns will ride along on deliveries, unload trucks, and meet customers.
Week 3: Shipping and Receiving
Interns will work in a warehouse learning the layout of the building, receiving PO’s, putting up product and making sure product is on shelves at all times.
Week 4-6: Counter Sales Interns will answer phones, interact with customers and learn how to complete transactions through our point of sale system.
Week 7-8: Branch Trade Off
Interns will work at a sister branch learning the differences in product assortment.
Week 9-10: Sales
Interns will learn how to follow up on sales leads.
Week 11: Trade Show & Events
Interns will help with local trade shows designing the booth, setting up, working the booth and breaking down.
Week 12: Presentation with RVP, AM, & Branch Managers
Interns will present their final project on their work over the summer.
