Since day one Slate organized a 'Culture Committee' to make people and culture the forefront of the business. In March 2022 our first People & Culture Lead-Nicole was hired to lead all of our people and culture initiatives-hence the title! Ever since we have been adding programs to our resources list! This includes Open Discussions, Learning & Development, Philanthropy, and so much more in the works!
