Fully remote within the UK. Working across international markets. 1 Month international remote working. Discretionary bonus (which we have earned for each quarter since I joined. Head of Paid Performance and CMO very knowledgable and supportive. Collaborative sales (esp SG/HK) and data teams Fast paced. Strong business outlook. Smart and approachable CEO. Misc £600 yearly health/fitness purse to reimburse gym, dentist etc.

Cons

No London office so no option to head into the office if based there (they have ones in Manchester, Ashford and Leeds).
